Immersion Cooling

Immersion Cooling

Submerged performance · Whisper-quiet · 3U density

Full-immersion dielectric fluid cooling pushes hashrate density to the next level — 3U form factor, 95% noise reduction, and zero thermal throttling even in tropical climates. Ideal for industrial-scale deployments where air cooling hits its ceiling.

Immersion Cooling Miners
01 What is immersion cooling and how does it work?
Immersion cooling submerges ASIC miners in a dielectric (non-conductive) fluid that absorbs heat directly from chips. This eliminates air cooling limitations, allows higher clock speeds (often 10-20% overclock), reduces noise by 90%+, and extends hardware lifespan. We offer both single-phase (open tank) and two-phase (closed loop) immersion systems.
02 Which immersion fluids do you recommend?
For single-phase immersion: 3M Novec 649, Engineered Fluids ElectroCool, or Shell Galden HT. These fluids have boiling points above 150°C, high thermal conductivity (0.06-0.08 W/mK), and are non-flammable. For two-phase immersion: R-134a, R-513A, or specialized dielectric refrigerants. We supply fluids at wholesale pricing with bulk discounts.
03 What temperature range can immersion maintain?
Optimal immersion tank temperature is 40-50°C (104-122°F) for Bitcoin ASICs. Single-phase systems use external heat exchangers to maintain this range. Two-phase systems naturally regulate at the fluid's boiling point (typically 50-60°C). We design tanks with integrated thermostats and emergency cooling redundancy.
04 Are immersion setups compatible with all ASIC miners?
Most modern ASICs can be immersion-cooled with minor modifications: remove factory fans, apply thermal paste per immersion standards, and replace air-cooled heat sinks with immersion-optimized copper plates. Antminer S21 XP Hyd and S21e XP Hyd 860T ship immersion-ready. WhatsMiner M66S+ and M60S require immersion conversion kits available in our accessories catalog.
05 How do you handle fluid leaks and maintenance?
Our immersion tanks feature welded construction (no gaskets), level sensors, and leak detection probes. In the unlikely event of a leak, automatic pumps isolate affected zones. Maintenance is annual: fluid analysis (test for dielectric breakdown), filter replacement, and chip thermal paste inspection. We offer turnkey maintenance contracts for farms with 100+ units.
