Hosting FAQ

01 What does the hosting fee include?
Power (24/7), cooling, network connectivity, mining pool configuration, real-time monitoring dashboard, monthly maintenance, and basic RMA handling. The fee is all-inclusive — no extra charges for cooling or network.
02 Is there a deposit or minimum commitment?
Yes. We require a 1-month deposit + first-month hosting fee upfront. Minimum commitment is 3 months. After that, you can withdraw your miners with 30 days notice.
03 Can I migrate my miners to another farm mid-term?
Yes, you can move between our facilities (e.g., from Russia to US) at any time. We cover internal logistics. Cross-continent transfer takes 7-14 days and may incur customs fees depending on jurisdictions.
04 Who handles hardware failures?
MarsHub provides first-line diagnostics. For warranty claims, we coordinate with the manufacturer (Bitmain/MicroBT/Canaan) on your behalf. RMA turnaround is typically 14-30 days. Backup units are available for premium customers.
05 How often do I get paid mining rewards?
Default pool is F2Pool with daily auto-payout to your BTC wallet. You can also choose ViaBTC, AntPool, or your own pool. We charge 1% pool fee (rebated from your pool revenue) and 0% MarsHub fee on the pool side.
06 Which mining pools are supported?
All major SHA-256 pools: F2Pool, ViaBTC, AntPool, Binance Pool, BTC.com, SlushPool, etc. We can configure any pool you specify. Stratum URL and worker credentials are set up within 24 hours of miner arrival.
07 How quickly can my miners be deployed?
Standard deployment: 1-3 business days after miner arrival at our facility. Rush deployment (24 hours) is available for premium customers. Time includes rack mounting, network config, pool connection, and first hashrate verification.
08 Can I visit the facility in person?
Yes, with 7 days advance notice. We welcome customer visits to all 5 facilities. You can inspect your specific rack, meet the operations team, and audit the security setup. We also provide quarterly video walkthroughs for remote customers.
