Request Catalog01 Which PSU wattage should I choose for my miner?
Add 20-30% headroom above the miner's rated power. Antminer S21 XP (3500W) requires a 4000W+ PSU like Bitmain APW7 (4200W) or Mean Well RSP-5000-48 (5000W). WhatsMiner M60S (3260W) works with 3500W+ PSUs. Undervolting reduces power consumption but we still recommend headroom for overclocking headroom and efficiency optimization.
02 Do you carry OEM hash boards and control boards?
Yes, we stock genuine OEM parts: Bitmain hash boards (BM1397, BM1398, BM1399 chips), MicroBT hash boards (M66, M60 series), Canaan Avalon hash boards. Control boards (Bitmain CG1800, WhatsMiner control board V1/V2, Avalon A13 series). Also available: PSU repair boards, cooling fans, thermal pads, and immersion conversion kits.
03 What warranty comes with accessories?
New parts: 12-month manufacturer warranty (defects only). Used parts: 3-month warranty (functional only, no DOA). PSUs from major brands (Bitmain, Mean Well) come with 2-year warranty. Extended warranty (up to 24 months) available for bulk orders (50+ units). No warranty on immersion fluids or consumables (thermal paste).
04 Can I get bulk pricing for a 100+ unit farm?
Yes, wholesale pricing starts at 10 units, with tiered discounts up to 50 units, 100 units, and 500+ units. For 100+ PSUs: 15-20% off MSRP. For 50+ hash boards: 25-30% off MSRP. Contact our sales team for custom quotes. We also offer free shipping on bulk orders to major logistics hubs (Hong Kong, Dubai, Los Angeles).
05 Do you sell immersion fluid and antifreeze?
Yes, we supply single-phase immersion fluids (3M Novec 649, Engineered Fluids ElectroCool) in 20L drums and 200L totes. Also bulk antifreeze (ethylene glycol) for hydro cooling systems. Free safety data sheets (SDS) and handling guides included. Fluid pricing includes hazardous material certification and international shipping (UN hazardous cargo).
